Responsibilities :
- Work pass management : application, renewal, cancellation
- Responsible for online submission of IR8A / IR21
- Keep Employee record up to date
- In-charge of issuance of asset to employee
- Filing of HR documents
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidate
- Arrange business travels (flight, hotel etc)
- Ordering office pantry & stationery
- Process of invoice, quotation and delivery order to customer
- Assist production on Inventory update, receive of goods.
- Manage employee access system, CCTV and checking on computer update
- Ensure on time delivery to customers, preparing commercial invoice to overseas customer
- Any Other Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of relevant admin or related experienceMeticulous attention to detailMust be able to write and communicate in Mandarin and English as the position require liaison and communication with China counterparts on ERP SystemCompetent in MS office- Excel, PowerPoint and WordAbility to work independently and prioritise daily work tasksSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work independently5 days weekInterested applicants, please submit your updated resume stating present and expected salary.
