The role of the Assistant Marketing Manager is to support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves a variety of tasks, including market research, campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute campaigns to attract visitors, generate leads and nurture them to conversion.
- Leverage internal & external resources to develop, manage and effectively track & account for campaign timelines & marketing campaigns from kick-off to execution.
- Key programs include - Customer Engagement, Retention, Referrals and Conversions.
- Report, review and optimize marketing campaigns to improve media page traffic and visitor conversion.
- Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure effective budget utilization.
- Partner with sales / BD teams to have joint accountability for conversion metrics, facilitate feedback on lead conversion and customer insights.
- Listen, monitor, ensure social media queries are managed promptly and the platform remains active / relevant to customers.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong understanding of digital marketing and analytics toolsExcellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFirm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing A people person and team player
