Roles & Responsibilities
Based in Singapore and being a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will own the end-to-end full recruitment cycle across the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible to formulate and execute the recruitment strategy in order to acquire top talents for our growing organization.
Key responsibilities :
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to effectively source, attract and recruit top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for technical requisitions and other niche positions across the tech domain
- Manage recruiting demands proactively and effectively to satisfy the changing needs of the business teams.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Help drive regional HR related projects including employer branding, campus hiring, career fairs, process improvements etc. in collaboration with global teams.
- Provide insights on market best practices and emerging industry trends around technical hiring across the APAC region
To be successful in the role, you should possess / be :
At least 7+ years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the technology spaceProven track record in technical hiring, preferably within the software development / fintech space in a recruitment agency and / or in-house environment.Strong communicator with good consultative skills to advise and influence hiring managers and other key stakeholdersSavvy with recruiting tools e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systemAbility to develop and implement recruiting strategies for niche rolesDemonstrated maturity in interacting with senior stakeholders (internal & external)An action-oriented personality with a continuous strive for excellenceCollaborative team player and be able to work across teams with different culturesPositive thinker and problem solverAgile and adaptable in navigating through ambiguities in the hiring processTell employers what skills you have
