Our client is an established Ticketing Vendor seeking experienced Customer Service Officer for the ramp up of the entertainment industry!
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 2 years or more relevant experience in Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to perform shift work and working on PH / weekends
What you'll be doing on the job
Provide customer service support for all ticketing issues regarding upcoming event in SingaporeAssist with Team Lead in resolving any challenges regarding ticketing, purchase or technical issues faced by customersAny other adhoc duties as assigned
