Job Summary

The Project Manager takes charge of driving through digital transformation projects across the company. This is an analysis heavy role, responsible for continuously monitor business needs, introduce new technologies and process improvements with the aim of driving organizational productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate would possess experience in Enterprise Resource Planning tools, particularly Navision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and propose technology solutions.
  • Architect technology solutions that solve business pain points.
  • Evaluate technologies and justify their choice for solving specific problems.
  • Liaise with external vendors from fact-finding stage all the way to project completion and post go-live support.
  • Monitor and assess business processes against desired outcomes, develop incremental adjustment & enhancements to continuously improve operational productivity. This involves gathering market research, analysing new technologies and driving innovations for improvement / transformation needs.
  • Present and communicate with all levels in the organisations to determine business objectives and articulate solutions.
  • Project manage the implementation of new technology and systems.
  • Develop new technologies and process milestones and roadmaps, driving awareness and leading to adoption of progressive improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across various divisions within organization, to drive or be involved in innovation projects.
  • Identify and prioritize training, workshop & guidance needs for users, to promote business productivity and new process / innovation deployment.
  • Provide user support during go-live and transition to support.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

People Requirements

  • Minimum degree holder in any discipline.
  • As least 5 years of experience in similar role, or with exposure in supporting / leading transformation or improvement projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • People oriented and good listening and communication skill, able to engage colleagues across different units.
  • Able to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements for improvement.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to converse in English and Mandarin due to the need to liaise with various stakeholders across global offices.
  • Desirable :

  • Experience with robotic automations, digitalization and data analytics
  • Knowledge of various organizational tools, such as ERP (particularly Navision), CRM, BI.
  • Knowledge of six sigma, TQM (total quality management) and other project and process management systems
