Position Title : AV Presales Engineer / Manager
Working Location : Tampines
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $4,800 + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead presales demos, follow up on leads, build networks, and manage partner / supplier relationships.

Meet clients to understand needs and concerns.

Present on behalf of the company at meetings or conferences.

Handle complaints and perform on-site troubleshooting.

Prepare quotations and track purchase orders.

Work with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers on quotes; negotiate pricing.

Gather customer / prospect feedback and share with internal teams.

Lead AV initiatives and advise on procurement.

Review schematic drawings by colleagues.

Provide planning and layout advice.

Help procure AV hardware / software; ensure project readiness.

Plan and track timelines; manage equipment storage and transport.

Perform rack-and-stack, on-site installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair for AV, networking, and in-house projects at customer sites.

Do electrical wiring, trunking, programming, and basic setup (ladder use may be required).

Manage, test, and commission CCTV, ELV (extra-low voltage), Bluetooth, and other devices.

Complete testing, configuration, staging, and upgrades on schedule.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Attend service calls for equipment faults.

Provide on‑site support and user training.

Create and update user guides and other documentation.

Follow up with Finance on costing and billing.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering, IT, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in AV presales or systems integration

Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Able to plan timelines, coordinate storage / transport of equipment, track progress, and close projects on schedule.
