Key Responsibilities

Tea Expertise : Learn the art of tea curation, storytelling, and creating sensory experiences as a Tea Ambassador.

Operational Mastery : Gain comprehensive exposure to store operations, from duty management to assistant store management, culminating in the role of Store Manager.

Leadership Development : Hone skills in people management, customer engagement, and maintaining the premium standards that define our brand.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing outstanding service to all visitors in our tea centre.
• Making personalised tea recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of tea.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the tea space.
• Engaging with visitors to share your knowledge and passion for tea.
