Location : China

Supply Chain Director (Based in China)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is based in China, and we are looking for a highly capable professional to drive efficiency, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure seamless logistic and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the company's overall supply chain strategy, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Oversee production planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics, continuously improving processes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Establish and enhance supplier and carrier evaluation systems, ensuring cost control, quality standards, and supply reliability.
  • Lead procurement, inventory, and shipping planning while managing order execution, tracking, and compliance.
  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team, driving standardization and operational excellence.
  • Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions, strengthening communication and risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to address customer complaints, implement preventive strategies, and improve customer satisfaction

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven team management experience.
  • High level of integrity, strong service mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office software and SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience working in China’s supply chain and logistics environment is an advantage
  • This position is based in China, and candidates should be willing to relocate or already be residing in China.
