Job description

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of interior fit out project.
Work with project manager to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of project.
Plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site.
Source and brief sub-contractors for costing and execution
Liaise with clients / consultants to discuss issues pertaining to projects on site
Conduct site audit and measurement, site management and coordination
Supervise all works and provide technical guidance on site
Assist Project Manager to prepare BOQ, quotation and submission of tender / quotation during off site period.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of related experience preferably in interior fit out industry. Executive post will be consider with experience lesser than 3 years.

Relevant experience in interiors & Mechanical and Electrical industry will be an added advantage

Knowledge of all operational and technical aspects

Ability to read CAD drawings

Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team

Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill

Willing to travel oversea for assignment ranging from 3 to 6 month is a must
