Job descriptionProven experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership (preferably in new car sales). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferably able to bring along a proven and capable sales team. 6 working days (Your choice of day off) Location : Carros Centre (Kranji) / Link@AMK Time : 10.00am - 7.00pm Salary Range : S$8,000 - S$10,000 (Basic Salary)

Responsibilities :
- Lead, train, and motivate the new car sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the new car department.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising of new vehicles.
