Graphic Designer Hiring - La Pure Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with other related tasks as needed to support overall team objectives and business operations.
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, producing visually appealing designs aligned with brand standards to support marketing activities, events, and overall brand identity.
- Design and layout digital and physical marketing materials, including display banners, event brochures, program booklets, posters, advertisements, and social media visuals.
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu) and the official website, including regular content updates.
- Familiar with WordPress, responsible for website content updates and edits, including uploading articles, updating visual elements, and ensuring layout consistency.
- Support internal marketing initiatives and new business promotions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to implement creative projects effectively.
- Accurately interpret creative briefs to meet stakeholder requirements and business objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Finalize design outputs meticulously, paying close attention to detail and quality.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.1-3 years of relevant experience, including print design and final artwork preparation.Experience creating digital content for social media platforms and online events.Creative mindset with the ability to align designs effectively with business goals.Proven experience independently leading projects from conceptualization to final production.Proactive, resourceful, and capable of creative problem-solving.Ability to manage and deliver multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).Preferred Skills :
Experience creating animated GIFs using Photoshop.Photography skills.Strong aesthetic sense in typography, color, and layout.Innovative thinking and willingness to explore new visual communication methods.Passion for skincare industry or proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members.Ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.Ambitious, collaborative team player, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Immediate availability is preferred.Working Hours :
