Job Description

Our client is a reputable Japanese company specializing in global logistics solutions. This role will be supporting the HR & Admin general duties, as well as supporting an ongoing HR regional project.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in regional coordination and communications, with a passion for driving organisational development initiatives and corporate communication strategies. This role will play a key part in supporting intra-communication, media relations, and corporate branding across the South Asia region.

Reporting to : HR Manager

Responsibilities 】

Regional Coordination

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of organisational development initiatives (e.g., performance management standardisation, digitalisation) in collaboration with country managers across the South Asia region.
  • Drive internal and external communication efforts, including crisis communication, media relations, and corporate branding, in partnership with regional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective information sharing and alignment within the Company Group through structured communication channels and initiatives.

Local Support

  • Assist expatriates on international assignments with administrative arrangements, including coordination of Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, and housing matters.
  • Provide general administrative and corporate support as required to ensure smooth operations.
  • Qualifications

    Requirement

    Requirements & Preferences 】

    Must)

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related
  • At least 5-7 years of regional HR coordination, corporate communications, and project management
  • Strong track record of working effectively with cross-border teams and implementing communication strategies.
  • Confident and capable of interacting and coordinating with senior stakeholders across the region.
  • Willing to travel across the Asia Pacific region (around 2-3 times a year)
  • Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Able to start within 1 month's notice
  • Advantageous)

  • Prior experience in a multinational, Japanese, or matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Understanding of Diversity & Inclusion and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives is a bonus.
