Job Description
The candidate will be part of the SIA Engineering Division's Strategic Sourcing & Repair Management Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with OAM for Recommended Spare Parts Listing (RSPL) revisions, provide initial analysis on RSPL revision changes and refresh float review to ensure inventory sufficiency to support operations.
- Monitor component inventory levels and perform scheduled float review across all PNs on all fleet types to recommend optimum component stocking level, taking into account evolving repair turn times, fleet removal rates, fleet applicability etc.
- Work closely with executives / superiors to finalize recommended float levels and target inventory configuration standards, existing inventory levels and define provisioning strategy for upcoming 12 months.
- Provide efficient and timely administrative and secretarial support for department
- Assist in the verification of duty travel reimbursement claims
Requirements
Possess a Diploma, preferably in an Engineering disciplineMust be familiar with basics software application and IT savvyProficient in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPointThose with knowledge and relevant experience of resources management, administration and procedures would be preferred.Good verbal and written communication skillsMust be motivated, driven and be a team player and also be able to work independently.Must be able to work under pressure
