We are looking for an Assistant Director of Sales to join our dynamic team and help elevate our hotel's market position across key and emerging markets.
What You Will Do :
- Support the Director of Sales in driving revenue, occupancy, and market share.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Executives).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Oversee key corporate accounts and drive conversion from assigned markets.
- Lead client meetings, sales calls, and market visits to generate new and repeat business.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, yield management, and performance tracking.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and brand activations.
- Monitor team performance and implement coaching plans for continuous growth.
