Job Requirements :
Willingness to work on a rotating 3-shift schedule (8 hours per shift) to support 24x7 operations
Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Prior experience with Server, Network, Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), or Security products (e.g., Firewall, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Server Virtualization) is a strong advantage
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills
Positive mindset with a proactive approach to work
A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
