- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- 2+ years' experience in a position with high attention to detail.
- Customer service skills including attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and effective communication skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate customer service needs.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Good documentation skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently
