Knowledge of software development methodologies and system engineering. Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences. Expertise in software, hardware, systems engineering, and IT security.

Responsibilities
- Manage the competency growth of Signalling and Telecommunications engineers across Siemens Mobility offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
- Establish and maintain expertise in Signalling and Telecommunications, ensuring proper development processes.
- Coordinate manpower and expertise needs across departments aligned with regional strategy.
- Maintain existing resources and foster an ownership culture for sustainability.
- Collaborate with department leaders to set Key Performance Targets.
- Lead Engineering Statements for projects.
- Manage and develop engineering resources for ongoing projects and new opportunities, aiming for a self-sufficient Engineering Center.
- Serve as the main technical lead for Signalling and Telecommunications activities in Singapore.
- Promote Siemens technology and solutions to enhance tender opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Engineering centers in the ASP region for synergies.
- Drive continuous improvement through challenge identification, root cause analysis, and sharing lessons learned.
