Technical Product Manager (Transformation Programme Office)

What you will be working on :

You will join our Transformation Programme Office to support our IT product planning and enablement. You will be our key change agent to communicate complex technical and product management concepts to diverse audiences and drive HDB’s digital transformation initiatives.Strategic Product PlanningDrive and maintain HDB's overall product roadmap through stakeholder consensusLead pre-product initiation activities with focus on stakeholder buy-inDevelop comprehensive resourcing strategies with strong emphasis on change managementSpearhead cost-benefit analyses with clear communication of value propositionProduct Team EnablementEstablish and guide Product Offices through effective communication and change managementBuild consensus among diverse stakeholder groupsMediate complex discussions and resolve conflicts between different business unitsFoster a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue and innovationProduct Leadership & Change ManagementDrive organizational change through effective product strategy communicationDesign and implement change management frameworks for product initiativesCoach and mentor product teams through transformation initiativesFacilitate workshops and training sessions to enable smooth transition to new processesStrategic Stakeholder Management & CommunicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business unitsDevelop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategiesFacilitate high-stakes discussions and negotiations between multiple stakeholder groupsCreate and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and steering committeesLead change management initiatives to drive product adoption and organizational transformation

What we are looking for :

Strong background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related technical disciplineMinimal 5 years experience in product management on cloud platform and working in agile environmentMinimal 3 years experience in IT change management or IT transformation roles, with proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale change / transformation initiativeMinimal 3 years experience in business process re-engineeringExcellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience in engaging leadership teams and working across different levels of the organisation to drive change adoption.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messages, particularly in translating technical concepts for non-technical audienceStrong facilitation and presentation skills for conducting workshops and training sessionsExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels with high emotional intelligenceAbility to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize tasks effectivelyProcess strong collaboration skills, ability to partner and work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders in development as well as problem solvingProcess good knowledge of web, mobile and Cloud technologies, and their impact and feasibility on design solutionsProcess strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologiesProcess ability to anticipate and address resistance to changeExperience with Confluence and JIRA will be an added advantageGood to Have : Great Attitude to bring the best out of our teamTeam Player; we work together as a teamAutonomousTake ownershipEagerness to learn andImpart new skills, exhibit structured and analytical thinkingSuccessful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance.Find out more about a career with HDB at www.hdb.gov.sg / cs / infoweb / about-us / careersAll applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
