We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a global industrial company expanding its footprint in Singapore.

This is not your average CSR role. You’ll be the key point of contact between billion-dollar clients and international operations—working closely with a hands-on manager to help build out local processes from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing :

Manage quotes, order entry, tracking, and purchase coordination

Serve as the point of contact for clients across Asia and the U.S.

Work directly with a highly experienced and collaborative manager

Support both local and global teams to ensure service excellence

Contribute to building new processes and systems as the SG office grows

What we’re looking for :

5+ years of experience in customer service or order management

Background in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B distribution environments (not retail)

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in a remote / hybrid setting

Flexibility to travel to the U.S. for onboarding
