We are looking
for a Room Service (Chef De Cuisine) to join our team!
Plan, prepare, and supervise the production of all room service menu items
Manage the kitchen team assigned to room service, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure all food is prepared according to the hotels quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance)
Collaborate with F&B and room service teams to coordinate orders and special guest requests
Monitor inventory levels, control food cost, and reduce waste
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service kitchen and equipment
Develop and update room service menus in line with guest preferences and hotel standards
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements :
Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred
Minimum 45 years experience as a chef, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in room service or hotel kitchen
