Manager / Senior Analyst – Data Analytics and Planning Strategy

Job Description Lead and execute in-depth research and data analysis initiatives to uncover actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and identify data-driven opportunities. Explore diverse data sources to generate meaningful intelligence and strategic recommendations. Design and develop databases, dashboards, and analytical tools for data tracking and interpretation. Identify trends, patterns, and emerging insights, and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders. Build scalable models and sustainable processes to support growing data volumes, ensuring data quality and accessibility. Continuously review and refine analytical frameworks to maximize business value. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computing , Accounting, Statistics, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools in Python or R. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and engage with senior stakeholders. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
