Job Title : IT Engineer (Project Management, Implementation & Presales)

Department : Operations

Job Summary : -

We seek a hands-on IT Engineer to lead end to end project executive - from planning and stakeholder coordination to hardware / software deployment while supporting presales activities. The role demands a detail oriented organizer who can manage logistics (shipments, cabling, installations), ensure customer satisfactiion, and deliver technical sales presentations. Retail experience is a plus.

Key Responsiblities : -

1. End to End Project Management : -

Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with clients, vendors, internal teams, and contractors to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Logistics & Deployment :

  • Plan and oversee hardware shipments, inventory tracking, and on site installations.
  • Manage cabling, network setups, and software deployments (SaaS, on premise).
  • Conduct post installation testing and resolve technical issues.
  • Customer Success : Ensure smooth handover, user taining, and high satisfaction post implementation.
  • Documentation : Maintain project charters, risk logs, and closure reports.

2. Presales

  • Technical Presentation : Develop and deliver PowerPoint proposals, demos, and RFP responses.
  • Solution Design : Collaborate with sales to tailor IT infrastruction / SaaS solutions to client needs.
  • 3. IT Infrastructure & Analytics

  • Deploy / troubleshoot cameras, networks (routers, switches, firewalls), servers, and cloub systems.
  • Analyze system performance data (Excel / SQL) to optimize operations.
  • 4. Qualifications : -

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years in IT project management, including hardware / software deployment and stakeholder management.
  • Project management & Logistic savvy : Experience managing shipments, installations and cabling.
  • Presales exposure : Technical proposal drafting and client presentations.
  • Key Competencies : -

    Project Orchestration : Ability to juggle logistics, timelines, and stakeholder needs.

    Technical Sales Acumen : Confidently present solutions to non-technical audiences.

    Problem Solving : Resolve deployment hurdles swiftly (e.g. shipment delays, configuration errors).

    Multilingual skill preferred.
