We are seeking an experienced ROV Pilot with 3 to 4 years of operational experience. This role supports the operation and maintenance of our Hull Cleaning station and provides the opportunity to apply your ROV expertise in a stable, structured environment focused on continuous improvement and technical reliability.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on ROV piloting experience and a strong technical foundation, with the ability to support robotic operations, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate ROV systems to support hull cleaning and underwater inspection tasks.
Assist in technical service and maintenance of the Hull Cleaning station and associated robotic equipment.
Conduct routine diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components.
Support biofouling detection and data collection activities during operations.
Contribute to operational planning, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures, and system performance monitoring.
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
Maintain service logs and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

At least 3–4 years of experience as an ROV Pilot , preferably in offshore or subsea environments.

Strong technical knowledge in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or marine engineering.

Hands-on experience with ROV systems, fault diagnosis, and basic onboard repairs.

Excellent safety awareness and familiarity with standard subsea operational procedures.

Good team player with a willingness to support cross-functional technical operations.

Able to work onboard vessels and comfortable with occasional travel if required.

Singapore Citizens or PRs only.
