Our client is an fast growing and highly visible ecommerce / market place focussed technology group they are hiring a Finance Director - USGAAP / SOX to further professionalize the Finance function, ensuring the continued accuracy, integrity and compliance of the financial reporting in line with New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) reporting requirements. The role reports directly to the Global CFO : -
This role is based at headquarters in Singapore.
Responsibilities : -
- Controllership and accounting
- Shared services centre
- Internal audit & risk management
- SOX compliance
- Treasury
- Financial reporting including to NYSE under PCAOB
- Managing external audit
- Finance transformation program
