Salary : $2400 to $2800

- At least Diploma / Degree in Business administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.

Receptionist Duties :
Maintain proper record of incoming and outgoing mailsManage visitor logbooksGreet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanour.Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and queries promptly and accuratelyMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaSchedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookingsAdministrative Duties :
Handle data entry, filing, and document management, document transmittal formKeep track on birthday celebrations and send personalised emailManage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessarySupport HR activities, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding activitiesHandle staff house checks in and check out records and dormitory agreementArrange of cleaner's schedule and ensure cleaner perform his dutiesEnsure compliance with office procedures and company policiesLiaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance or repairs of our buildingArrange with Logistics department for drivers to run errandsIssuance of company items (pen, jacket, organizer, etc.)Other Ad-Hoc Duties.The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
