Key Responsibilities :
A) Project Management
Manage the MOH JST projects, ensuring that the cluster and workgroups achieve target outcomes within agreed timelines and approved funding.Act as the key interface between MOH and cluster institutions to clarify expectations, outline solutions, and document costs, timelines, and workflows.Serve as the main liaison officer between workgroups, institutions, and MOH, triaging issues related to the MOH JST work.Schedule and plan regular project meetings with healthcare clusters, Workgroup Leads, and MOH, including agenda preparation.Collaborate with Workgroup Leads and stakeholders to develop detailed workplans, project milestones, budgets, and resource requirements, and ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.Track, monitor, and report project progress and KPIs regularly to Project Director / Head of Department, Workgroup Leads, and MOH, flagging potential issues and making recommendations.Develop resourcing plans and oversee financial budgeting, including preparation of annual budgets and monitoring utilization to ensure adherence to MOH-approved budgets.Resolve issues throughout the project life cycle and escalate to Workgroup Leads when necessary.Manage project scope changes, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.Develop tools and best practices for project management and implementation, continuously reviewing processes for higher efficiency and improved outcomes.Develop performance metrics and conduct post-project evaluations.Ensure proper archiving of project documents upon completion for knowledge management purposes.B) Mentorship of Staff
Lead, guide, and oversee the operations of MOH JST initiatives and supervise supporting staff.Provide orientation and guidance to new staff to familiarize them with the project objectives, MOH guidelines, and organizational practices.Ensure staff receive adequate training and development to perform their roles effectively and oversee their growth.C) General Responsibilities
Oversee audit activities required by MOH.Manage reporting to MOH and cluster management.Oversee funding and claim submissions to MOH.Carry out any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex Projects, preferably in people development and training.Experience in healthcare or hospital operations will be an advantage.Meticulous and analytical, with strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.Effective team player who can collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, departments, and seniority levels.Interested candidate may send full resume to 6990 0434 (Whatsapp - Miya) and only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
