Drive the commercialization of AI Marketing Cloud products and build a value loop between R&D and market growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product Commercialization Strategy
o Develop a tiered pricing model (customized solutions for key accounts / standardized SaaS products)
o Establish a customer success system to ensure annual LTV growth ≥ 150%
2. Scalable Expansion Mechanism
o Build a comprehensive overseas social media data monitoring system (Meta / YouTube / TikTok)
o Design a four-stage expansion model (Tech Validation → Regional Pilot → Multi-country Replication → Full-chain Automation)
o Achieve ≥ 60% market penetration in new overseas markets within 6 months
3. Organizational Efficiency Enhancement
o Develop a capability model for the content engineering team :
Data Annotators (for content tagging)
AI Trainers (for model tuning)
Localization Experts (for cultural compliance)
o Set quantitative performance standards
o Establish a cross-functional collaboration mechanism among Product, R&D, and Operations, with tech team contributing ≥ 30% of GMV
o Design an AI-driven productivity evaluation system to improve per capita efficiency by ≥ 25% annually
