Job description

Finance Coordinator (6 months renewable)

Location : Tanjong Pagar

Salary Range : Up to $4,000 + completion bonus

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Involve in Oracle data migration process, such as support accurate and timely data entry, data
verification during system migration etc.
Assist in verifying and creating new vendor code and new customer code in the system.
Support closing activities for Singapore entities, including intercompany invoice matching.
Perform bank reconciliation for Vietnam dormant entity.
Expense claims validation and processing.
Any duties assigned

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor of Accountancy

At least 1 year work experience in a Finance / an Accounting team

Experience with any ERP systems is good

Familiar with Excel spreadsheet

Responsible, meticulous, analytical and proactive

Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
