Software Engineering Talent Partner | Building High-Impact Software Development Teams | Hiring Top Developers

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a strong backend development background to support a critical digital transformation project for a government client. This role is ideal for someone with solid enterprise experience who enjoys building reliable, secure, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java (Spring Boot)
Contribute to solution architecture, system integration, and technical direction
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
Drive engineering best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews
Work with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

Requirements :

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in backend development

Strong hands-on expertise in Java , ideally using Spring or Spring Boot

Practical experience or strong familiarity with Kotlin or Python

Background in large-scale, enterprise, or government projects is highly preferred

Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration

Experience with CI / CD, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud technologies is a plus

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Open only to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents due to project clearance requirements
