Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support IT product planning and enablement within the Transformation Programme Office.
- Act as a change agent to communicate complex technical and product management concepts and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Specific Focus Areas
Strategic Product Planning
Drive and maintain HDB's product roadmap through stakeholder consensus.Lead pre-product initiation activities, focusing on stakeholder buy-in.Develop resourcing strategies emphasizing change management.Spearhead cost-benefit analyses and communicate value propositions.Product Team Enablement
Establish and guide Product Offices via effective communication and change management.Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.Mediate discussions and resolve conflicts between business units.Foster a collaborative environment encouraging innovation.Product Leadership & Change Management
Drive organizational change through strategic communication.Design and implement change management frameworks.Coach and mentor product teams through transformation.Facilitate workshops and training for smooth transitions.Stakeholder Management & Communication
Build relationships with senior stakeholders.Develop stakeholder engagement strategies.Facilitate high-stakes discussions and negotiations.Create presentations for senior management.Lead change initiatives to promote product adoption.Candidate Profile
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.At least 5 years in product management, especially on cloud platforms and in agile environments.At least 3 years in IT change management or transformation roles.Experience in business process re-engineering.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong facilitation and presentation skills.Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels.Knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies.Understanding of change management frameworks.Experience with Confluence and JIRA is an advantage.Preferred Attributes
