Job description

Role overview :

Responsible for planning and execution of organisation development, employee engagement initiatives and talent management function.

Responsibilities :

Organisational Development :

  • Plan and execute end-to-end in-house learning and development programme implementation per learning calendar including SAP Success Factors processes administration.
  • Manage end-to-end external training request from various functions including payment processing.
  • Lead and facilitate full year engagement calendar and projects.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys, including results analysis, focus groups and action planning.
  • Administer and maintain records of LinkedIn Learning, master learning records, allocation and utilisation tracker and all OD related reporting and trackers.
  • Plan and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda in organisation.

Business Partnering :

  • Partner the business on all their people-related needs across the full spectrum of HR.
  • Establish clear understanding of the recruitment needs for Business area and work closely with hiring managers to hire the appropriate talent on a timely basis.
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding.
  • Conduct new employee orientation for new hires to establish great employee experience.
  • Work with HR Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders to support Business area in the delivery of policy and process reviews, employee engagement, people development programs and succession plan, change management plans, performance management, retention and separation process, and promotional exercises etc.
  • Provide advice, coaching and mentoring of line management for business needs and changes.
  • Talent Management :

  • Partner with the Global Talent team, HR and Business leaders to implement integrated talent management strategies, tools, and processes to drive a culture of career growth, talent mobility, performance accountability and leadership development.
  • Lead talent management processes such as annual succession planning reviews and performance reviews to ensure effective identification of high potential talent and overall pipeline of talent.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Leverage data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives. Regularly report on key talent metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive activities associated with the Performance Management cycle including goal setting, calibration, development planning, year-end reviews.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in HR field, experience in the areas of Organisation Development / Training / Talent management is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills both written and verbal.
