Job description

Working Location : Labrador Park

Working Hours : 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Rotate through various departments to gain hands-on experience in operations, marketing, finance, and more
Participate in leadership training programs to enhance your management skills and prepare for future leadership roles
Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish
Analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present recommendations to senior leadership
Work with diverse teams across the organization to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency
Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver value-added solutions
Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices to guide decision-making
Receive mentoring and guidance to fast-track your career and transition into a full-time management role upon completion of the program

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above

Demonstrated leadership skills through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management
