APAC Head of Corporate Services

The Company

Our client is a global top tier investor services group that provides corporate services and alternative assets solutions to fund and asset managers.

The Role

We are looking for a senior leader to manage 5 leading departments of the group - corporate secretarial, tax, trust services, loan administration and corporate accounting. The candidate will take on the role of a key member to drive revenue growth, business development and strategy across these business lines. Proactively lead teams to complete major transactions across various jurisdictions and ensure that the tools and processes utilized in service delivery are optimal to drive business expansion.

Your Profile

We look forward to meeting individuals with at least 12-15 years of experience in corporate secretarial and / or trust services, loan administration, corporate accounting. Proven experience in senior leadership position across corporate or fund services industry, with strong track record of client management and driving revenue growth.
