Job Description

As part of the Wholesale Clients division, the VP, Credit Analyst will :

• Lead credit due diligence and prepare credit papers for structured and complex trade finance transactions.
• Partner with front office and product teams to evaluate risks across receivables purchase, supply chain finance, and other core lending structures.
• Monitor and manage portfolio exposures, including covenant compliance, loan classification, and early warning triggers.
• Provide credit-related input during structuring, negotiation, and documentation phases.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 15 years of experience in credit analysis within a wholesale banking environment, with a strong focus on trade finance.
• Deep familiarity with trade finance structures and associated risk considerations, including receivables financing, supply chain finance, and structured trade products.
• Strong financial modelling, credit assessment, and transaction execution skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and represent the bank's risk perspective.
