Job Purpose
To lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, grow the customer base, and ensure the overall success of the company's sales operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the team.
Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses.
Ensure proper use of CRM systems and sales tools.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
