In exclusive partnership with our client, a company within the Technology field in growth stages, we are seeking a dynamic HR Director to join them in running and scaling up their HR strategies. Poised to accelerate its expansion within the region, with the initial core focus on Singapore and neighbouring ASEAN countries, this is truly an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned HR Director to lead strategic people initiatives and shape the organization’s culture and talent agenda. Do note that this is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore, and is expected to travel about 20-30% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position is responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals. As strategic advisor to the senior leadership, you are required to provide expert advisory and guidance on topics including but not limited to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design. Leading a small team of HR members, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner closely with the respective COEs : Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and the Total Rewards teams. This role also involves spearheading initiatives to attract and retain top talent, aimed at consistently fostering a high-performance culture. As the company is scaling rapidly, you need to be agile and solutions-focused whilst keeping people at the heart of your policies. You will support the business through change management initiatives and guide HR efforts linked to business expansion / scaling operations and / or mergers and acquisitions.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR leader with minimally 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience. Team management experience is a must-have. A prior track record in the field of Technology or in high-growth startup organizations would be advantageous. Experience working in diverse, international environments is important, coupled with a genuine passion for building high-performing teams would be important.
