Your responsibilities
- Plan and manage clients’ digital campaigns to achieve their digital marketing goals
- Be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments, especially on digital services such as social campaigns, website / app / chatbot development, advertising creation.
- Act as a brand guardian and establish an excellent “eye” for creative output, recognising strong design executions and creative work, and when work could be improved
- Ensure the clients understand agreed workflows and follow up with them through the delivery process
- Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with project teams on required deliverables, calculate quotes and manage client expectations
- Establish and expand relationships with key accounts
- Identify opportunities and new interests that the client may not recognize to help drive revenue and benefit business needs as their digital advisor
- Ensure work is delivered on budget and manage to invoice according to the contract terms
- Be a role model for stewardship between the client and the agency by balancing the account’s needs with avoiding unnecessary expenditures and negotiating required costs
- Manage junior team members to help them develop their skills and drive their performance
- Obtain key client information and transfer them accurately to project teams to ensure effective scoping of work
- Anticipate, proactively address and advise management on potential client or revenue issues
Your profile
7+ years of relevant experience in a digital / interactive marketing agency or other agency experienceOrganized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated track record of client relationship development and serviceExperience with social media and digital campaigns working cross-functionally within an organizationMust be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and writtenMust maintain an entrepreneurial mindsetProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint or the equivalent on a MacSolid numerical / financial understandingExcellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
