Role Description
We are looking for a full-time HR Assistant to join our dynamic and diverse team in Singapore. As an on-site HR Assistant, your role will be to handle and manage administrative tasks relating to human resources including employee onboarding, off-boarding, managing employee data, maintaining HR records, and assisting in recruitment initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Address employee inquiries about compensation, benefits, and related policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Foster initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Proven experience working in Human Resources, with at least 1 year of experience in HR Administration / HR operations or generalist internship / entry-level role.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Good knowledge of Singapore's employment related laws and government regulations.Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.Familiarity with recruitment processes and ability to assist with recruitment initiatives.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
