Job Description :
Provide administrative support to management and various departments
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointment, and other arrangements
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, records and documents
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication materials
Manage Office supplies, vendor relationships and general logisitics
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication
Assist in basic HR and finance function (e.g onboarding, invoice tracking)
Requirements :
Diploma in Business Administration or relevant Degree equivalent
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Details-oriented, organised excellent time- management and Multitaking skills
Strong verbal and written comunication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace Tools
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Positive attitude and team spirit
