Assisting dentists in managing the clinical treatment of patients
Preparing patients for dental work and providing excellent patient care
Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials and assisting with dental procedures
Recording treatment information in patient records
Exposing dental x-rays from dental diagnostics
Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentists
Upkeep and maintain dental equipment, facilities and facade
Forming preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts
Ordering dental supplies and maintaining dental equipment inventory
Receiving and recording dental supplies, liaison with suppliers
Fabricating temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions
Counter duties such as booking of appointments, answering phone calls and enquiries, cashiering, submission of claims, scanning of documents
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements :
Experience in using computer such as Google Drive and software such as Clinic Assist
Good written and verbal communication skills
Possess professional appearance and attitude
Able to provide excellent patient care and is patient
Able to work as a team and individually at the same time
Experience / Non-experienced, on-the-job training provided
