Legal Counsel – Prime Brokerage / Equities

We are working with a top-tier global financial institution seeking to hire a lawyer for its Global Markets Legal team in Singapore.

The role will be based within the APAC Equities Legal team and serve as the main legal contact for the Prime Brokerage business across the region. The position also offers exposure to Equity Derivatives and Cash Equities matters, providing a broad scope of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in Prime Brokerage or Equity Derivatives to grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years of advising on Prime Brokerage and Derivatives transactions at an international bank, and have trained at a top-tier law firm.
