Oversee the full spectrum of regional payroll operations in Asia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance
Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive programs, and pay equity strategies
Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive pay practices
Lead annual salary review, performance-based pay adjustments, and bonus processes across the region
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all aspects of compensation.
Design and manage employee benefits programs
Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness across the region
Utilize HR systems to analyze and report on compensation, benefits, and payroll data
Monitor key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in C&B programs
Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and payroll

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
IHRP certified preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in regional compensation, benefits, and payroll management in Asia, with hands-on experience in managing payroll systems and compliance being advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll frameworks, including market benchmarking tools and country-specific regulations
Strong understanding of both regional and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive employee data
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
