Job descriptionMinimum Master's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience is preferred Excellent communication skills to work with international suppliers. Willing to travel for business and handle vendor communication across different time zones A good team player with leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills Experience in handling overseas purchasing and import / export documentation preferred Familiarity with purchasing systems and digital invoicing platforms is an advantage
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, issuing POs, and shipment coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and freight forwarders on import / export matters
- Familiar with Bill of Lading, permits, and BCA approval for project-related shipments
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, lead time, and compliance with specifications
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key local and overseas suppliers
- Monitor and control purchasing budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support site requisitions and ensure timely material deliveries for projects
- Maintain and update ISO documentation and procurement records
- Handle e-invoicing, delivery order verification, and supplier performance review
- Prepare reports for finance and submit monthly subcontractor materials chargebacks
