We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as an Investment Services Head .

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

• Support the local Chief Investment Officer in daily investment services activities and collaborate with Investment, Risk, Finance, and Actuarial teams to support various business initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage different counterparties and vendors to deliver strategic initiatives and daily activities.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer, investment team, internal / external fund managers, and other related functions within the bank.
• Lead and work with the local Investment Service Team to manage the Trade Management Life Cycle, daily business-as-usual activities, and issue resolution.
• Oversee investments including General Accounts assets, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Private Equity Funds, Investment-linked insurance policies (ILPs), covering investment purchases, disposals, corporate actions, and cash / treasury functions.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to trade support, cash management, reconciliation, and ILPs Transaction Life Cycle. Oversee daily fund administration, valuation, and custodianship of investments, derivatives, and ILPs.
• Lead and drive strategic initiatives and projects, with a focus on digitization, automation, and process re-engineering.
• Ensure compliance with investment mandates, regulations, and internal controls aligned with HSBC standards.
