What You’ll Do :

• As an Independent Start-Up Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates across various shipping roles. By utilizing your industry knowledge, networking skills, and innovative recruiting strategies, you will connect top talent with leading companies in the startup scene.
• Client Acquisition : Finding new customers for a business. It involves creating awareness, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers.
• Client Engagement : Develop strong relationships with clients in the shipping industry to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
• Partner with startups to understand their unique hiring needs.
• Source and recruit high-caliber candidates across various roles and industries.
• Build strong relationships to become a trusted advisor for your clients.
• Utilize modern recruitment tools and strategies to streamline hiring processes.

This is an independent recruiter role who thrives on performance and rewards. Instead of a fixed salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn high commissions, with transport and entertainment allowances reimbursed to support your business development efforts.
