Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the Singapore office, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for regional and group-level reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and financial integrity.
- Handle cash flow management, cost control, and financial risk assessment to optimize business performance.
- Work closely with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
- Support business decision-making with financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in setting up financial systems and processes for the Singapore office, including SAP systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and regional expansion.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is a plus.5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within manufacturing, technology, or multinational companies.Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Experience in setting up new office finance functions is an advantage.Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.Hands-on experience with SAP systems
