Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the smooth operation of multiple student care centres within the designated area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school management, parents, and internal / external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors and Programme Staff.
  • Provide regular training and motivation to enhance staff performance and engagement.
  • Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres.
  • Provide guidance and counselling to students and staff facing behavioural or disciplinary challenges.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to management.
  • Plan, organise, and oversee the execution of annual events and centre activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Completion of relevant Student Care-related certifications.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in leadership and team management.
  • Skills and traits required : Leadership, Management, Teamwork, Classroom Management, Counselling, Dedication, Detail-Oriented, Passionate, and Committed.
