Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the smooth operation of multiple student care centres within the designated area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school management, parents, and internal / external partners.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors and Programme Staff.
Provide regular training and motivation to enhance staff performance and engagement.
Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres.
Provide guidance and counselling to students and staff facing behavioural or disciplinary challenges.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to management.
Plan, organise, and oversee the execution of annual events and centre activities.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma qualification.
Completion of relevant Student Care-related certifications.
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in leadership and team management.
