Responsibilities :

  • Manage relationships with key accounts, including C-level executives, to secure profitable business for the company.
  • Develop and maintain account business plans, identifying opportunities and key decision makers.
  • Lead the creation of strategic account plans with input from regional sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Drive proposal development, alliances, and contract negotiations with assigned accounts.
  • Position the hiring company as a leader in the datacenter industry community.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field.
  • 10 - 15 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English languages required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful key account selling within the HVAC Systems sector of the Data Center industry in Asia.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and organizational skills.
