Providing daily IT Infrastructure / Operations support covering systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals through IT Helpdesk, Remote and Onsite Support.
You will be expected to either station at client's office or travel to 2 or more site each day.
Involvement in implementation of infrastructure upgrade projects for clients
Provide administrative support in checklists / reports
Other assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Academic qualification in Information Technology or any relevant discipline.
Hands-on experience with Windows environment
Possession of Microsoft-related certificates or other technical qualifications is an advantage
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and able to work with all levels of personnel
Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritisation skills
