Job Description

You will be leading direct and remote teams responsible for the end-to-end accounting and reporting function for the SEA market. You will also lead budgeting and monthly financial reporting cycles to provide timely and accurate financial insights. You will analyze key revenue streams to highlight drivers, KPIs, and variances and be required to monitor liquidity, forecasts and working capital needs. You are expected to bridge operational finance, commercial insight, and performance management to support company's objectives. You have an eye for identifying automation tools to streamline processes, strengthen finance policies and internal controls in fast-scaling environments. Given the growth trajectory of the company, you will look forward to various finance transformation projects for the region.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within technology, gaming, or digital media sectors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with stakeholders from different countries.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin will be required to communicate with key stakeholders in China.
